Is someone you love far from God right now? Does your heart break for them?
Now you may be thinking; “What about my lost child, or lost loved one, will they ever be saved?”
You’ll remember in the Bible the rich young man who was somewhat seeking eternal life, but wouldn’t give up his riches, for they were his real God, and he would not submit all to Jesus.
Read: Matthew 18 and Mark 10
Jesus used the incident to teach the disciples that wealth (or other things) could keep one from surrendering their life to Jesus.
The disciples were like; “Who can be saved?”
Jesus answer to them can also give you hope for your lost loved ones…
Matthew 19:26 (NKJV)
But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
Anyone and everyone can be saved, keep praying that they will see their need for Jesus, and never give up on them.
Show them Jesus in and though you by your love for them, and when God gives opportunities, share the Gospel with them.
